Moses loves and believes in people. He is passionate about effective and holistic leadership development of young people. He believes that development is only sustainable if it is rooted in a mindset shift. This belief attracted him to the transformational mindset change that CorpsAfrica is delivering across African rural communities. Before joining CorpsAfrica, Moses was Country Director of Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana) where he supervised the recruitment and management of 4 cohorts of passionate young leaders committed to a two-year public service fellowship program within Ghana’s Civil Service. He has a wealth of experience in general management, training, coaching, and leading impact projects from the senior positions he held in Leaders & Mentors International (LMI), Unilever Ghana, and Access Bank Ghana in the past. He holds a degree in Economics, an Executive MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Marketing. With a Certificate in Company Directorship, he uses his expertise to impact the performance of the boards on which he sits.
