Pearl Uwera is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Finance Manager within CorpsAfrica’s Global Support Office, she oversees the organization’s financial operations, driving efficiency through robust budgeting, policy optimization, and financial reporting. Prior to joining CorpsAfrica , Pearl served as Finance Manager at Ecoplanet Bamboo Rwanda Ltd, where she led the annual budgeting process, managed working capital, and ensured timely, accurate financial reporting and tax compliance. Her career journey also includes prominent roles such as Senior Manager of Finance at the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) and Budget Officer at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), where she demonstrated leadership in financial planning, audit coordination, and leveraging financial data for strategic decision-making. Beyond her professional roles, Pearl is passionate about financial literacy and has contributed to capacity-building initiatives, including training and consulting for the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda.
