Grace Ingabire was born and raised in Gicumbi District, Rwanda. She studied Tourism in secondary school and continued her education at IPRC Kitabi, where she graduated with a diploma in Wildlife Tourism in 2022. After completing her studies, she became a Hotel Receptionist. She excelled at creating a welcoming environment and building strong relationships with clients. Grace enjoyed being a Receptionist because it allowed her to meet new people every day, be polite and helpful to everyone, and sharpen her communication and problem-solving skills. She learned to be humble, listen, and respect others. Despite facing challenges, including high-pressure situations and difficult interactions, these experiences taught her resilience and adaptability, which she greatly values.
Currently, she has joined CorpsAfrica to focus on community development. She leverages her experience to connect with local communities and support them through collaborative development initiatives. Grace uses her skills and expertise to empower individuals and contribute to meaningful projects by combining her administrative experience with her commitment to making a positive impact. She is dedicated to applying her knowledge to foster sustainable development, build meaningful connections, and make a lasting impact in the communities she serves, ensuring that everyone feels valued and heard, which in turn promotes local community development.
