IRAKOZE Sambwe Heroine Daddy was born and raised in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in the Crop Sciences department especially in crop production from the University of Rwanda. Foregoing to join CorpsAfrica, Sambwe was conducting research dedicated to helping farmers in different communities implement climate–resilient practices while reducing production costs. She completed her academic internship at HoReCo (Horticulture in reality cooperation) at Musanze district and Gataraga sector where she was passionate about seed multiplication focusing on improving agriculture productivity and sustainability. As she was passionate about project designing was selected to attend the workshop which was organized by GIZ Rwanda. She also served as inventory in Living Water International Rwanda by providing safe water to communities in need. Sambwe believes that through empowering and uplifting one another with utilizing local resources we can create lasting change and build stronger, more united communities.
