Previously, she worked as a sales agent at Canalbox, where she honed her communication and problem-solving skills. Today, she serves as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, working in the Gicumbi district with a deep commitment to improving livelihoods through Asset-Based Community-Led Development (ABCD) and sustainable initiatives. IZERE firmly believes that failure is a natural part of growth and learning, but giving up without trying is the real defeat. She embodies resilience and perseverance, knowing that each step brings her closer to making a meaningful difference in her community and Each challenge becomes an opportunity for growth, enabling sustainable development over time. The real defeat is in giving up, as doing so halts progress altogether. But by trying, even if faced with setbacks, communities move closer to their goals of improved well-being and self-sufficiency, achieving meaningful development is a journey, not a single event, and perseverance is the foundation for lasting impact.
