Adson Mlangali is a dedicated Irrigation Engineer passionate about improving agricultural productivity and water management in Malawi. A graduate of Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Adson holds a degree in Irrigation Engineering. Before joining CorpsAfrica, Adson gained valuable experience as a Government Intern at Thyolo District Council’s Irrigation Office. In this role, he honed his skills in designing and laying out irrigation systems, working closely with farmers and stakeholders to enhance agricultural outputs. With a strong foundation in hydraulic engineering, water resource management, and agricultural development, Adson is committed to leveraging his expertise to drive sustainable growth in rural communities. His experience working in Thyolo has deepened his understanding of the complexities surrounding water scarcity and irrigation management. As a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, Adson is eager to apply his technical knowledge and skills to support community-led initiatives, promote climate-resilient agriculture, and empower local stakeholders. He believes in the transformative power of sustainable agricultural practices and community engagement.
