Elness Munyenyembe is a dedicated and focused Social Worker and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist holding a Bachelor of Social Work with a specialization in Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation from DMI St. John the Baptist University and am completing a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at the Catholic University of Malawi. Her expertise in M&E, coupled with a strong foundation in Social Work, allows her to drive positive community outcomes and ensure the success and efficiency of development projects. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience working with organizations like World Vision Malawi, where she contributed to projects by ensuring community development, facilitating training, and leading field operations. She also served as a Disability Officer at the Ministry of Gender, Community Development, and Social Welfare, where she supported initiatives for persons with disabilities, monitored policy implementation, and collaborated with stakeholders on vital social issues. In addition to her professional work, she enjoys photography, capturing meaningful moments, and engaging in social networking. She strongly believes that this platform will be an exciting journey to discover her full potential far from her comfort zone and is thrilled to be a part of a dynamic team that will be transforming the lives of rural communities across Malawi.
