Mutoniwase Diane, a Rwandan from the Kamembe sector in Rusizi district, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from the University of Rwanda. Her studies in agribusiness have equipped her with a deep understanding of how to transform agriculture into a profitable business, focusing on the entire agricultural value chain. Known for her strong work ethic and self-motivation, Diane is determined to achieve positive results in all her endeavors. She consistently strives for excellence, refusing to accept failure until she meets her goals. Her previous experience working with smallholder farmers at YEAN Rwanda provided her with essential skills in collaboration and community engagement. Through this role, she gained valuable insights into the challenges farmers face and helped develop strategies to improve their livelihoods. Her passion for uplifting communities drives her to apply her knowledge and skills to serve and empower others.
