Jacques HABUMUGISHA, was born in Rwanda. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the College of Agriculture, Animal Production and Veterinary Medicine. He is a Rwandan veterinary professional and has aspirations in community-led development. He served as Vice President of the auditing committee of the Rwanda Veterinary Student Association (2022-2023) and served as a Volunteer at the Rwanda Animal Welfare Organization (RAWO). His expertise in animal health, husbandry, and disease prevention was enhanced through the service and practical experience at PRODEV Rwanda where he specialized in animal feed processing and production. He is specialized in poultry management and production acquired through the volunteering in ABUSOL Rwanda.
