Niyindorera Josiane graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship in Education from the University of Rwanda. She has served on the advisory committee in the Buruhukiro sector, where she led various initiatives, including organizing Umuganda for youth, identifying families in need of assistance with toilets, housing, and kitchen gardens for improved nutrition, promoting saving practices, and engaging youth in decision-making. She also worked as a supervisor for the Vision Umurenge Program (VUP) beneficiaries, coordinating daily activities such as road rehabilitation, recording tasks, preparing payment lists, and ensuring timely payment for all workers. Currently, as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, she is committed to supporting rural communities in achieving development by leveraging their assets and facilitating sustainable poverty alleviation and youth engagement.
