Ineza Joyeuse is passionate about fostering an Africa led by Africans and rooted in sustainable development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the College of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Rwanda. During her studies, she joined the Center for Research Actions towards Sustainable Peace and Development (CRASPD), where she completed workshops in Alternatives to Violence, progressing from the Basic level to a Facilitator level, developing valuable skills in conflict resolution and community empowerment.
Her professional journey includes an academic internship at the Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) in the Department of Public Service Management and Modernization. This experience deepened her understanding of government policy development, implementation, and monitoring processes. Following her studies, Ineza also served as a Data Collector with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) under the Gikuriro Program, where she gained expertise in data collection and analysis.
Now, as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, Ineza sees this role as a meaningful way to give back to her community and express her gratitude for the foundation it has provided. She believes that communities are the pillars of discipline, values, and all that we cherish today. Through service, she is committed to honoring these roots and contributing to their continued growth and resilience.
