Ngabonziza Pacifique holds a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management from the University of Tourism, Technology, and Business Studies (UTB), completed in 2023. Before that, he graduated from Lycée de Ruhengeri (APICUR) in 2017 with a high school certificate in Tourism. He has gained diverse experience in the tourism industry through internships with ACROSS AFRICA JOURNEYS and AMAZING AFRICA ECO TOUR in 2021. He also received training at Maranje Adventure Tours in Arusha, Tanzania, from July 2022 to February 2023. From April 2023 to April 2024, he worked as a Tour Operations Manager at Real Life Safaris Ltd. His professional qualifications include certificates in First Aid from Croix-Rouge Rwanda, an ICDL Certificate for ICT skills, and proficiency in English language communication.
