Salima Utewabo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Horticulture from the National University of Rwanda. She is fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, Swahili, and French, which enhances her ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
Salima has valuable experience in data collection and analysis, having served as an enumerator for Technoserve, where she utilized CommCare for surveying projects. Additionally, she has worked as an accountant of Manpower at KASHA Rwanda, managing financial operations and contributing to organizational efficiency.
Her practical experience includes an internship at the main office of Huye District as an agronomist, where she applied her academic knowledge to real-world agricultural challenges. Salima is also committed to community service; she has volunteered with various youth initiatives (youth volunteer) and received training from CorpsAfrica to further develop her skills as a Volunteer.
