Noureddine Elkamli is a 31-year-old specialized telecommunications technician from Zrarda in the Taza region. He is knowledgeable in both the theoretical and practical aspects of telecommunications and has experience in installing and maintaining high-definition (HD) and IP cameras, as well as network cabling, including Ethernet and coaxial cables, and in setting up and troubleshooting WIFI networks. He holds a diploma as a specialized technician in Telecommunications from the Institution of Applied Science and Technology in Sefrou (2014-2016) and has completed various internships, including with companies like GAMATEL and 3GCOM.
In addition to his technical expertise, Noureddine is committed to community service. Since February 2021, he has been a volunteer at the 21 Août Youth Center in Zrarda. His contributions to the youth center are diverse and effective. He has been responsible for preparing reports, correspondence, and announcements using tools like Word and Excel. His passion for education led him to teach mathematics to the youth at the center for over six months, demonstrating his commitment to fostering the academic growth of the next generation.
In 2023, Noureddine played a key role in the Orash program, where he worked as a children’s facilitator for three months and participated as an accompanying supervisor at the beach camp in Saidia. He also took part in the CLIMB program, a leadership development initiative in collaboration with Peace Corps volunteers in Morocco. In this program, he worked alongside American volunteers and their Moroccan counterparts, contributing to the program’s management from November 2023 until its conclusion in June 2024.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Noureddine obtained a certificate in initial training for pedagogical supervisors, which was held in Bab Boudir from May 1 to May 6, 2023. This certification further enhances his ability to mentor and guide others, particularly in educational settings.
Noureddine is known for his diligence, problem-solving abilities, and sense of responsibility. His dynamic nature and ability to work effectively in teams make him a valuable collaborator in both professional and volunteer capacities.
