Nicholas Ekodi is currently a CorpsAfrica/Kenya Volunteer, he has a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies with IT from Maseno University and has undergone training in Community Led Development, Human-centered Design, Asset Community Development, monitoring and evaluation as well as project management with CorpsAfrica/Kenya. He is passionate and champions community-led development and believe in the use of locally available assets that can be used by communities to tailor their development process. Having worked with communities, he is a Highly articulated, confident, and persuasive team builder, able to motivate and communicate to achieve desired results and impressive performance. Nicholas has worked with various groups in the community and has used his vast skills to ensure the inclusion of all groups. With his experience, he brings Desired Creativity, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, research skills and data collection skills, good communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and honesty. He is so much a champion for sustainable development and working towards the No Poverty and Zero Hunger goals.
