Augustine Njuguna is a Volunteer currently serving with CorpsAfrica/Kenya. He is a graduate of Kenyatta University having pursued a course in BSc. Analytical Chemistry with Management. He has previously worked as an intern at KIRDI as an Assistant Research Scientist. From the confines of a laboratory, he decided to venture into the humanitarian field and has previously worked with different NGOs. This is where he found his passion and new love for serving communities. He has volunteered with Impact Water as a Field Agent in Nairobi providing safe water solutions to schools. He is also Water Quality Test Certified. With the experience acquired, he is skilled in community resource mobilization. He is also a confident, articulate, and eloquent public speaker. He is also an analytical thinker, practical, open-minded, and empathetic. He is a Community Led Development ambassador and is proficient in the use of Human Centred Design (HCD): and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) tools to bring about sustainable change in the community.
