Dana Ross, CorpsAfrica’s Development Associate, brings development experience from both the nonprofit and private sectors, along with a deep commitment to youth engagement, education, and sustainable development.
Between completing a Master’s in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s in Economics, Dana has served in development roles for educational research companies, tech startups, and nonprofits, helping them expand their donor base, surpass revenue targets, and optimize internal processes.

Dana was a member of Project Okello, a student-led volunteer group dedicated to fundraising and supporting three separate nonprofits in East Africa. Additionally, after mentoring high school students in the United States for over four years, she started an organization dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of career exploration at the high school level, addressing the student debt crisis, and helping students discover the problems they want to solve in the world.
