Pauline Mwangangi, who serves as the CorpsAfrica/Kenya Board Treasurer, is an experienced Financial and Strategic Leadership expert. She is a Practicing Certified Public Accountant of Kenya CPAK and has a Master of International Business Administration (MIBA) Strategic Management Concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She has an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Haggai Institute, Hawaii USA, and has a Certificate of Completion for Women On Boards Network – Corporate Governance Training. Pauline has valuable experience in Strategic Leadership, Financial Management, Audits, and Monitoring and Evaluations gained from being a Member of Top Leadership Teams in large, complex, and rapidly changing Organizations, like Finance Director in an International NGO and Financial Controller in a Multinational Manufacturing and Trading Company. Also while doing Consultancy Work for NGOs, Donor Funded Projects, National Corporations, and Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs and Individuals. Serving in Boards, Board Committees and Advisory Councils has continued to sharpen these skills. She is passionate about encouraging Strategic Visionary Leadership that believes in the development of effective Strategies, Management Structures, Systems, and Internal Controls that strengthen and promote Integrity, good Ethical Standards, Transparency, Accountability, Fairness, continuous Learning, Innovative Growth and result in achievement of Goals and Vision in Organizations. Pauline believes in Mentorship that cultivates a Learning spirit — that if willing, people especially the Youth can learn new things thus making Capacity Building, Training, and Mentorship relevant and impactful in communities.
