Adam Gaskins, Executive Officer, USAID/Malawi – Before joining USAID in 2021, he was a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2011-2013 in Malawi where he worked in community-based natural resource management and business development. In 2015, Adam helped launch and served as Country Director for CorpsAfrica. Following his three years with CorpsAfrica, Mr. Gaskins then became the Country Director for Raising Malawi, an NGO founded by American pop artist and philanthropist Madonna that focuses on improving access to healthcare and education for children. Now Adam is working as an Executive Officer for USAID/Malawi, where he manages operations for the 200+ staff employed by the mission. Mr. Gaskins has extensive experience in program management, child protection, and agriculture, along with a proven track record of successful local government collaboration. Adam enjoys all things outdoors, watching/playing sports, traveling, meeting new people, and is always inspired by the CorpsAfrica family and its amazing Volunteers.
