Jennifer Rafia Iddi hails from Kpembe in the Savannah Region of Ghana. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Processing Technology and a Family and Consumer Science Diploma from the University for Development Studies in 2022, Ghana. She recently completed her one-year mandatory national service with the Diet Therapy Unit of the Tamale Teaching Hospital. Also, she previously interned with Fuji Oil Ghana Company Limited, supporting senior laboratory analysts in conducting quality control tests on all products in the production process. She was on the Judicial Board Committee Chair for the Food Science Students Association of Ghana, University for Development Studies chapter for the 2021/2022 academic year. She is currently an Associate Member of the Ghana Association of Food Scientists and Technologists.
